Nice ride around a giant lake. Most is hard pack earth but if my Harley Softail Heritage can do it without problems yours likely will too. Some parts seem like you are heading to an off-road adventure but everything (in a dry season at least) will be under control. There are some very good elevated views of the water along the route too. Not a lot of pavement but very smooth. It's too off-road for cops and camera so no problem there if you dare to get your speed up - and you can in some parts.
If you have a few hours and want a nice easy trip with some nice water views this is a good one. The end of the route is a residential sections with a few narrow roads with views down to the water.
This area of Spain is not known for its scenery but this particular ride as about as good as it gets unless you go to the coast. There are some magnificent views of the Navacerrada mountains on this route I did this ride this weekend (Mar 1 2013) and there was a lot of snow around which made the ride more stimulating but the roads were well cleared.
This is a spectacular route. Most people go to Tenerife and ride around El Teide volcano area. I did the same and for good reason. It is georgious there. It is easy to miss out on the northern part of the island because it is overshadowed by El Teide. Dont let this happen to you. The twisties are incredible in the northern part and the roads are very good. However, because of occasional rock slides you need to be alert to the possibilty of sand on the road which is almost nothing but corners. I have literally been all around the world I and I can say this is in the top 10, or maybe even 5, places I have seen. The scenery it well above par and the surface very nice.
