B188 / L188 : Kappl - Schruns ( Silvretta Hochalpenstrasse )

This is one trick bit of road. Simply laid-out and built for bikes! The valleys on both the Eastern & Western sides of the pass are not especially spectacular - unless you are a keen skiier and the calendar is on winter time. But the top portion - the Hochalpenstrasse - between Galtür and Partenen including the sharp descent just above Partenen is absolutely outstanding. And theres not a lot of trafic on that stretch, so you can gas it a bit. Well, a lot, actually...! Always check if the Silvretta is open before you go (usually June - October)! Ride safely! - but have fun! :o)
