The beginning of the route (first 60km from Brarislava)I would consider as little boring because it goes through the part of Slovakia with no mountains and just a flat farm lands. The rest is fine part around Velky Krtiš is really nice with no cops:-). Part from Poltar to Tisovec - Vernar is really nice with low traffic standard quality of asphalt, beautiful scenery and two nice mountain passes. On the pass Zbojska - after the city Tisovec there is nice farm with the restaurant. On the way back through Tatras, mountain pass Certovica then city Banska Bystrica, beautiful historic city Banska Stiavnica (UNESCO site) an Levice you will be really tired and I recommend to take this trip for two days so you can enjoy the country you are passing.
Long - all day long trip via rural roads through beautifull parts of middle Slovakia. Best part starts from Velky Krtis, youll enjoy lot of curves, especially Vernar area.
